It assists as a barometer of effort, an indicator of stress, a measure of health and also a life saver because if sweating hadn't been there, we would have perished.

Apple cider vinegar, baking soda or even potato slices are the best cures for sweat and perspiration. All you'll need is to drink a concoction of apple cider vinegar half an hour before or after a meal or on an empty stomach. Or you can opt for applying potato slices to your underarms.
