Waking up a lot in the night? Your body could be trying to tell you something.

Most of us get up regularly during the night, but sometimes waking up fully isn’t something that should be ignored.

If you constantly wake up at the same time, this could mean that some energy is blocked or misdirected. It disrupts our natural balance and cycle, and your organs need energy to heal and function.

Traditional Chinese healing methods are paying attention to set up forms of energy and its movements in different parts of the body at different times. Within the 24-hour cycle, the body gives a different energy to different organs.

Here is a list that explains the connection between time and organs in the body. A lot of these blockages should be considered both physically and emotionally.

You should also consider what and when you eat, as this may be the reason for your symptoms and the reason why you wake up in the middle of the night:

21:00 to 23:00 hours

This is the average time when most people are trying to sleep. This is the time when our endocrine system rebalances and recharges enzymes. The endocrine system controls the hormones and metabolism.

If you have trouble sleeping at this time, you are still mentally stuck in the events of the past days and already preparing for tomorrow’s challenges. Repeat positive mantras and release the formations that are causing tension. If you do not eat properly or you eat too late in the evening, it can lead to blockages.

23:00 to 1:00 hour

If you wake up frequently at this point it may be because of hard feelings that you carry in yourself. This is the time in 24-hour cycle when the yin energy is converted into yang. Yang energy is very active, and the body needs that energy to be kept for the next day.

Increase the love and respect for yourself, do your best to take it easy and save your energy. This is the time when the gall bladder breaks up fats, and you can import too much unhealthy fats or oils.

1:00 to 3:00 hours

This is a crucial time for the detoxification of the body and the process of renewal. Your liver releases toxins and creates new blood.

Waking up at that time indicates anger, frustration and negative formation. If you do not solve these spiritual toxins, your “spiritual liver” is trying to draw attention to these problems.

3:00 to 5:00 hours

This is the time when your lungs are recovering and equipping your body with oxygen. Make sure you are warm enough to ease the work of body functions.

If you wake up during this time, try and do breathing exercises. Lung problems are often related to pain and sorrow.

5:00 to 7:00 hours

All the toxins that are released and digested overnight are leaving the system. The colon is active during this time.

Poor nutrition or too late food consumption can lead to problems that will keep you awake at this time.
