Lose Up to 15 lbs. in Just 2 Weeks With This Cucumber Diet!

Cucumber is the main ingredient of this diet and can be eaten in unlimited quantities, especially when you feel hungry.

Other products that can consume you during this diet include:
  • 150 g of tuna (no oil), 2 boiled eggs or 15 grams grilled white meat.
  • 3 pieces of whole wheat bread or 2 large boiled potatoes (potatoes can be boiled, baked, but not fried)
  • 5 kg of fresh fruits
  • Liquids: tea, coffee (no sugar) no carbonated drinks and no alcohol.
Between meals or within meals if you wish, you can eat fresh cucumber salad or prepare a smoothie of cucumber. Whenever you feel hungry feel free to consume either. The amount is unlimited.
  • Breakfast: a bowl of cucumber salad and 2 boiled eggs
  • Between meals: a large apple, a peach (less than 200 gr) or 5 plums
  • Lunch: whole wheat, toasted bread and a plate of cucumber salad
  • Between meals: cucumber smoothie
  • Dinner: fruit by choice (300 grams)

What you need to make cucumber salad?

Ingredients:
  • 400 grams of cucumber
  • 200 ml of yogurt or sour milk, salt and fresh onion.
Preparation:
After peeling the cucumber, cut it into small pieces. Then add the salt and mix well. After you add the yogurt or sour milk and mix well. At the end, add the onion and your salad is ready.
Cucumber smoothie:
Ingredients:
  • an apple,
  • a handful of washed spinach
  • a cucumber (unpeeled and washed):
Preparation:
Mix the following ingredients. Then, after adding some fresh ginger, mix again. Put the mixture into a glass and garnish with chopped almonds and walnuts. You should drink immediately in order to not lose its healing properties.
This drink is rich in minerals and vitamins such as vitamin K and A. It also contains fiber, iron, magnesium, calcium and vitamin B, E and C.
Some helpful tips:
  1. Although this diet is simple you have to be careful about the quality of the products consumed. Buy at reliable shops so it would avoid chemically treated vegetables.
  2. It is very important to be physically active when you are on this diet. You can exercise or do some sport- it’s up to you! 30 minutes of brisk walking can be a great idea.
