     A doctor named Jay Agustin has posted on Facebook about 5 Killer Food and Drinks that a person should avoid. He even placed a few words that explains why you should avoid eating that certain or specific food, and some of the food has a healthier alternative for it.

1. Fried Chicken








  • Contains Steroids
  • Contains Arsenic
  • Increase the risk of getting Cancer
  • Roasted Chicken is much safer than fried ones.

2. Instant Noodles






  • The content of these Instant Noodles are the same of Plaster of Paris.
  • Eating it constantly for 3 to 5 years can lead to Kidney Problems.

3. Softfrinks






  • Acidity level is the same as Muriatic Acid.
  • 850g of Sugar per Liter.
  • Can be used to clean your bathroom.

4. Hotdogs (The Red Ones)






  • Made with processed meats.
  • Can cause Leukemia.
  • Can cause Blurry Vision.

5. French Fries







  • If you'll try to experiment, french fries can last up to 30 days without getting black due to high preservatives content.
  • Contains Acrylamide which is a derivative of formalin.

A lot of netizen panicked since some, well almost all of these foods and drink has been consumed at least once a week. Some where positive about it that the said list was just a hoax and says that it was fake. So here's a tip, everything should be taken in moderation. Since too much of anything is bad for a person's health. Eat food that is taken directly from the plants/trees/etc., not from manufactured ones.
