Drinking alcohol doesn't always end well. Drinking alcohol is bad for a person's health in the long run. Getting drunk with it makes a person do stupid things, and it can even reach to forgetting that has happened while drinking.
Drunk people usually do a lot of crazy and silly things that they tend to regret the next day. This guy, for instance, was found in a canal, and the people thought that he was dead. The rescuers came, and they tried to get his body out, but they were shocked when the guy suddenly moved.
The guy was not dead after all, and the reason why he was found in a canal is because he was drunk, and he fell in it.
