The headquarters of San Juan Municipal Police got alarmed after a man climbs and jump from a cell tower in Barangay Poblacion, San Juan, Batangas around 7:30 am last Friday; March 24, 2017. The cell tower is estimated at 100 meters tall from the ground.
Some netizens also captured the video of the incident and posted it on facebook. On the video, you can hear a voice of a woman who is very afraid while this man is climbing the tower. You can also hear the cry of the people around after this man jumped off from the giant tower.
The man was rushed to the nearest hospital that suffered serious wounds and broken bones. But unfortunately he died at around 8:45 am the same day.
According to the police report, the man may allegedly be suffering from a brain disorder. And they also stated that the cell tower was left unguarded when the incident happened that's why this man easily climbed up and jump off.
