There are some grains which you can purchase in the form of finished combinations and muesli that include additives and that contain 3 or more tbsp of sugar per one serving. Even thought the manufacturers present their products as a very healthy choice for breakfast, they can be very bad for the health of your teeth.

Solution:

Consume cereals with milk/dairy products, in order to reduce the danger that the sugar imposes on the health of your teeth. The vitamin D and calcium found in the dairy products are very important vitamins that strengthen your teeth.

   Hot drinks

   Snacks

Danger

The snacks, that contain dried fruit or the popcorn, could be fatal for the health of your teeth.

Even though the sugars in dried fruit are natural, they don’t differ from the processed, when they are found in your mouth. The popcorn is producing strong acid in the mouth the leads to damage to your teeth.

Solution

The snacks with pear and apple are containing more water. And it’s well known that every fruit that is containing a larger amount of water – relieves fruit acid. With regular cleaning of your teeth, you will prevent the creation of sediments which could occur from food residue.
