We regularly see people complaining about their stomach fat. The best part is that most of them don't feel any embarrassment when they accept the reality that they have a bulge on their middle section hiding after their shirts. Perform best activities such as Squats, Lunges, Wall sit, Leg raises, Ditch jumps, Knee raises and lateral jumps.
Get those curvy and lean thighs
Performing various Yoga poses and combining a bit of Zumba to it can also benefit you and get you those ideal thighs that you want, if you stay consistent.
