If we think of the harshest attack against mankind, Acid attacks would be on the top. We all can never feel the strain of the victims even in our worst nightmares.

People working as social activists claim that capital punishments are against humanity! Can these people justify any logical reason behind acid attacks not being ''against that same humanity?'', No, they can't.

They don't go through just pain, but from an enormous financial crisis and an even larger amount of societal apathy.

Acid attack survivors have all proved with the time that they are one of the strongest people alive. They are strong because they choose to live through any and every pain, they are stronger because they fight their battle all alone, and they are the strongest because they defeat the whole community of "the heinous crime perpetrators".

Reshma is the resident of Allahabad, India. One bad day when she was on her way to her school, her own brother-in-law and some of his friends came rushing and threw concentrated sulphuric acid on her!

She was attacked brutally by Acid and she had severe burns.


The reason behind such a heinous crime doesn't matter. What matters is the extent to which a human can go down on his ethics as a society animal.

She lost her left eye completely and her right eye doesn't open perfectly. Her skin got very tightened and shrunk due to excessive burns.

We can't even see ourselves losing some hair per day and she has lost her face with which she lived for 17 long years!

The video is a tutorial on how to apply lipstick perfectly. She teaches that the first step is to scrub lips using toothbrush followed by the application of balm and a lip liner with lipstick to be applied in the end.

Her IndieGoGo campaign raised 9000$ which will hopefully be enough for her ongoing treatment in a Bengaluru hospital.

She gives a strong message.



The tone of her lipstick advertisement changes when she tells us how easy it is to buy acid in some parts of the world. A bottle of Coca Cola is more expensive than sulphuric acid!
