Try This Amazing Asian Diet And Lose 7 Lbs In 10 Days!

You may have seen that Asian women are usually thin and have almost no cellulite. And their ultimate secret: a diet low in sugar and saturated fats, both of which cause cellulite.

Asians are thin and experience neither from overweight nor obesity, thanks to their philosophy of nutrition of serving food in several small dishes or small bowls that are never completely filled. The Asian diet was created by Dr. Colin Campbell, who wrote: “The China Study” in which he describes the particularities of Asian nutrition.
As everybody knows, the main food of Asians is rice, along with fruits and vegetables. Rice can be replaced by corn, noodles or whole wheat bread.

To lose weight and reduce cellulite, remember to regularly eat healthy, natural foods, such as spinach, kale, onion, garlic, carrots, lettuce and Swiss chard regularly, fresh or cooked and spiced with olive oil and vinegar. You can add fish, nuts, and cheese.

Once a week, you can afford to eat eggs and poultry. It is also advisable to eat fruit or cheese with honey and nuts or dark chocolate with 75% cocoa, instead of sweets.

Once a month, you can eat red meat; but it is better to eat veal or beef in moderation. Most people get confused with this scheme because the amounts are not determined precisely. Most important is to avoid overeating. Be especially careful with the caloric values of meals, regardless of the regime, you adopt.

According to Dr. Colin Campbell, the Asian diet may help you lose 7 lbs in just 10 days. Here is an example of a day of Asian diet that you can adopt and can inspire you to create your meals.
