VIRAL VIDEO: This Filipino Man Billed a Foreigner for $3,000 or Almost ₱130,000 in Manila?!



A man named Kengo M, has posted a video last February 10, 2018, around 2:29 pm, about what he experienced in Manila, Philippines. Kengo M said in his post that he ordered for a drink and food meal, which ended him getting a bill up to $3,000 Canadian, which is roughly around ₱130,000.


Kengo M also stated that the guy in the video took his passport, and that Kengo should call someone to send him that amount of money over Western Union! Check Kengo's post below!

Welcome to Manila, Philippines. Where you can ask for a drink and food and end up with a bill for $3000 Canadian. As soon as they notice that you are a tourist the scamming game starts. At the end this guy took my passport. He even said I should call someone to send me money on western union!
