This Is Why You Should Not Sleep With Your Phone In Bed


How much are you connected to your cellphone? Do you keep scrolling the screen in bed as well rather of sleeping? If so, then you are not alone to do so.

Around 44% of people sleep with cell phones in their bed. And you must remember this is seriously terrible for health.

It can burn out your pillow.

Don't cover your phone with thick matter or bedding. If you find your phone hot, just unplug it and let it cool. Recently, a Texas teen woke up with the scent of burning. The reason? Her phone!

Phone may be a hurdle in your sound sleep.

Before sleeping, switch down all the electronic devices and even the phone because the blue light emits wavelengths similar to daylight. And, never keep the phone next to your head because calls and texts can keep you awake.

The health risk is high because of cell phones.

Cell phones pass electromagnetic radiation that is transmited from X-rays and microwaves. And this can lead to tumor growth in the higher amount. When you make a call, try to keep the phone away from ears or use the earphones.
